How To Host an Exhibition at a School

Its simple. Take one step at a time.

Step One: Find someone prepared to take responsibility for organising it.

Step Two: Check with principal and appropriate others for approval.

Step Three: Contact us with your details, choose which day suits your school and give us your delivery address. (See popular format of school day below).

Step Four: We send a simple agreement for you to sign which includes your delivery address.

Step Five: We mail/courier/send you the exhbition to use then return

We would love you to also run a local competition at the same time encouraging your students to bring in their own pictures - we can support you with this.

Popular School Format for People's Choice Exhibition

09:00: Set up the exhibition in a very accessible space for students, near canteen or outside main school hall or in popular yard space.

During Recess One and Two: have exhibition attendants encouraging students and teachers to vote for their favourite photo. A $5 canteen voucher for one lucky voter encourages people to vote. You simply hand each voter a raffle ticket after they have voted. Announce raffle winner at next school assembly.

Between recess one and two: This is a great opportunity for students or their parents or carers to use the exhibition to stimulate curriculum or family beneifits through structured workshops or informal discussion. EG visual arts, photography, English, Drama, mentoring etc. Contact us for workshop possibilities.

After Recess Two: Pack up the exhibition or move it to another venue for a parents evening or school concert or graduation.
